There will be a short service at Onchan War Memorial with a 2 minutes silence. Maroons will be fired from The Rec, to mark the 2 minutes silence starting at 11:00 am and ending at 11:02 am.
9:10 am The Church Service is preceded by a parade to the Church, which starts from behind the premises of the Manx Co-op, and those taking part usually gather there at 9:10 am.
9:15 am His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor, Sir Richard Gozney arrives in front of the War Memorial. He will be greeted by the Chairman of the Royal British Legion - Onchan Branch and the Captain of the Parish
9:20 am The parade forms at the rear of the Manx Co-op on Elm Tree Road
9:20 am His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor will take the Salute as the parade passes in front of the War Memorial
9:45 am Church Service at St Peter's Church
10:35 am Depart St Peter's Church and walk to the War Memorial for a short service and wreath laying ceremony
10:45 am War Memorial - The names will be read out and the last post will be played
11:00 am 2 minutes silence - Maroons will be fired from the Rec to mark the silence followed by the laying of wreaths. His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor will lay the first wreath
Reveille will be played followed by a few words from Mr H Duff BEM
Refreshments will be served at Onchan Methodist Church
