Requisition Meeting - Candidates for Local Authority Election

Captain of the Parish of Onchan, Mr Peter Kelly MBE, is holding a requisition meeting where members of the public may question the candidates for the local authority election of ONCHAN DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS at the ELIM FAMILY CENTRE, SECOND AVENUE, ONCHAN on TUESDAY 20TH JULY at 7.30 PM. Doors open at 7pm.

For information, requisition meetings are special meetings which can be formally requested in writing by a body of electors (12 signatures) in a parish and delivered to the Captain of the Parish.  The Captain of the parish will then make arrangements for such special meeting and will usually chair the meeting.
