Today is the last date for entries in Onchan Horticultural Society’s Seventieth Show, and you can drop entries off at the Harvey Briggs Onchan Library for collection.The library is currently hosting a display created by the society, with some beautiful art and craft work from Executive Committee member, Susan Holden, and her daughter Kim. All are welcome to pop in and take a look.
Our thanks to the Secretary, Jennifer Corrin, her daughter Hannah, and Susan Holden for such an enjoyable workshop here recently. Children made some colourful cards, decorated seed packets, grew cressheads and listened to The Very Hungry Caterpillar. You can see more photos on the library's facebook page.
