We are inviting children to create a picture of their ideas for Onchan Park, and return it to Harvey Briggs Onchan Library before Thursday 30th March. Don't forget to include your age and contact details with your entry. Onchan District Commissioners are awarding wristbands giving all day access to Onchan Park amenities as prizes.
