You are now able to check the availability of a room and request a booking using the below online booking calendar, please note however that you will be required to set up an account in order to request a booking.

REQUESTING A BOOKING
You can view any existing bookings for a specific day by using the calendar shown below. To request a booking for a specific time which is shown as available, click on the + found in the top right corner of the day and follow the instructions on screen to sign up and request a booking. We request hirers to leave at least 30 minutes between each booking to ensure there is no overlap from other hirers.
Please remember that should you require additional time to set up or clear away for the purpose of your hire, you will need to request this extra time as part of your booking to ensure other parties do not book to use the hall before or after your booking. The booking time you are requesting is for the time you wish to enter and leave the Hub, therefore if your event or party is 13:00 to 15:00, and you require 30 minutes either side to set up tables and to clear away afterwards you will need to request a booking time of 12:30 to 15:30.
Please note that the Hub is a no smoking and no alcohol venue.
CONFIRMING A BOOKING
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received in full. You should make payment for the full hire charge shown as soon as possible to ensure your booking is not lost. If payment has not been received within 7 days your booking may be lost and made available to other hirers. Payments can be made via our pay-online section of our website. When paying online, please enter your 'Customer Name' and 'Booking Name' which you entered when making the booking request. Once a booking is requested we will send you an email confirming the hire charge
If you are unsure of the total hire charge, or wish to book multiple rooms or become a regular hirer of The Hub, please contact us with the details of your booking for further information.
Once the request has been approved by us and payment has been received you will be sent an email confirming your booking for the date and time requested. If there are any problems with your booking request or we are unable to accommodate your booking for the period you require we will contact you to let you know and to make alternative arrangements if possible.

COLLECTION OF KEYS
The keys to The Hub must be obtained from the main reception at the Onchan District Commissioners' office and signed for by the hirer or their representative by 16:30 on the day of hire.
Where the booking is on a weekend or public bank holiday the keys must be collected before 16:30 on the last working day prior to your booking. Keys must be returned to the Commissioners' Office before or on the next working day following the booking.
The opening times for the Commissioners' Offices, which are located on Main Road, Onchan are 09:00-16.45 Monday & Friday, and 09:00-17:00 Tuesday to Thursday. The Office is closed Saturdays, Sundays & public bank holidays. Failure to collect the keys may result in the loss of your booking.
Use of The Hub is subject to the terms and conditions of hire. Use of The Hub is strictly limited to the rooms and period booked - vacant rooms must not be used without prior written permission. Any preparation or clearing away for the purpose of the hire should be completed within the times you have booked. The duration of the session should not be extended without the prior written approval from Onchan District Commissioners.
