Onchan District Commissioners are receiving complaints in relation to the feeding of large wild birds in the area of Port Jack, Sunningdale Drive, Eskdale Road, and Royal Avenue. We would like to highlight that persons must not feed or attract the gathering of wild birds, or other wildlife or vermin, by providing any food in a manner likely to cause nuisance, inconvenience or to give reasonable ground for annoyance to any person. This is as per Section 14 of the Onchan General Byelaws 2017 .
