VACANCY   -   CHIEF EXECUTIVE/CLERK to the COMMISSIONERS.

and think differently then you may be leader we are looking for! In a District where the community
has a sense of individuality and independence you must be able to manage different priorities,
establish objectives and create a shared purpose whilst always ensuring that policies are resident-led
and change is driven by quality.

You will be a confident leader who can demonstrate a successful track record of senior management
and change management experience and you will have empathy and understanding of the complex
and diverse context in which we operate, with the communication skills to inspire staff. An
understanding of the dynamics of working in a political environment where you can offer consistent
and well-informed professional advice is essential.

Salary: NJC SCP 49 – 51 (£56,916 – £59,436)
