The objective of the Review is to determine change options to provide a modern, fit
for purpose health and social care system for the Island.
The Review is an opportunity to:
• look at the bigger picture;
• take stock of what is and isn't currently working for the Isle of Man;
• advise on options for structures and funding arrangements to best meet the needs of the Island in the years to come.

As the outcome of the review will ultimately affect all Island residents it is important
that everyone has the opportunity to have their say.
Island residents are being invited to take part in focus groups and workshops to
consider key aspects of the review in more detail.
A cross-section of the local community is needed to represent views from different
