• Lead Member for Housing – Kathryn Williams;
• Lead Member for Environmental and Technical Services – David Quirk
• Isle of Man Municipal Association Representative – Fenella Logan;
• Onchan Schools Representative – Anthony Allen;
• Eastern Civic Amenity Site Joint Committee Representative – David Quirk;
