On Monday 3rd August 2026, Onchan District Commissioners were delighted to host a Civic Reception at Hawthorn Villa to acknowledge and celebrate Peter Kelly, MBE, following his recent award of the Tynwald Honour.
The Tynwald Honour is the highest distinction that the Isle of Man can bestow and is reserved for individuals whose outstanding contributions have enriched Island life over many years.
To mark this remarkable achievement, Peter was presented with a commemorative engraved pen by the Chairman, Anthony Allen, on half of the Board.
