It is with great sadness that the Commissioners learnt of the passing of Onchan resident, Dan Kneen in a road racing accident yesterday evening during the practice session.  The Commissioners offer their condolences to Dan's partner, family and his many friends. Â
As a mark of respect the flags in Onchan will be flown at half mast today. Â
