The Crosh Pobble Chonnaghyn or Onchan Community Cross Award is awarded every two years to a recipient selected from the numerous people in the Parish of Onchan who have added to the quality of life in the District. The award is in recognition of their publicly spirited work within the Community.
The recipient of the award for the next two years is Mr Julian Ashcroft, in recognition of his services to 2nd Onchan Scouts.
The award was presented at a civic reception hosted by the Onchan District Commissioners on Friday 31st January 2014.
