Parking Controls - King Edward Road and Sea Cliff Road

The Department of Infrastructure have recently published proposals to introduce further parking controls on King Edward Road and Sea Cliff Road in Onchan.

We are advised that consultation letters and plans have recently been sent to residents of Sea Cliff Road, businesses and residents of Port Jack and King Edward Road.

We understand the proposals take into account the requirements of all road users, businesses and residents and the Department is aiming to provide a safer free flowing route along King Edward Road, improve visibility for those residents on Sea Cliff Road and improve traffic flow and ensure on road parking is still available to be used by all.

If you have any comments or suggestions they should in the first instance to Andrea Hawley at the Department of Infrastructure andrea.hawley@gov.im.

Consultation on these proposals runs until the 16th June 2017.

The letter and plans are available to view on our useful documents section
