For property owners who pay their rates in a single payment the last day for making a payment and receiving a discount is Friday 30th June.
Onchan District Commissioners would encourage householders to make a payment on-line via the website www.onchan.org.im, direct from their bank or by telephone to 675564.
These methods will allow payment until midnight on the 30th June. After this time the full amount will be due and no discount will be given.
Payment by cheque or cash will be received at the Commissioners Offices until the close of business at 5pm on Friday 30th June.
Householders who have made arrangements to make direct debit payments are not affected by this deadline.
