Before the commencement of the latest Board Meeting, the Board Members welcomed Gerhard O’Connell and his family to the Commissioners’ Office.
Chairman Anthony Allen presented Gerhard with his prize on behalf of the Board for his winning photograph of Port Jack Glen.
