Onchan District Commissioners wish to advise that the Public Sector Housing (General Needs) (Allocation) (Amendment) Policy 2023 was approved by Tynwald yesterday. The amendment has increased the income criteria for access and eligibility for social housing and will be operational from 1st July 2023. Applicants who have previously been refused under the criteria may now find they may be eligible for acceptance on to the housing waiting list. If you wish to receive a housing application form, please do not hesitate to contact the Housing Team housing@onchan.org.im
