The Department of Infrastructure has announced that the annual increase in public sector rents with effect from 1st April 2024 will be 7.5%.

The Board of Onchan District Commissioners considered rents at their Ordinary Meeting held on 4th September 2023 where the Board recommended no increase to public sector rents for the financial year 2024/25 as per the following minutes:
