Notice is hereby given that ONCHAN DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS have made an application to the Department of Infrastructure for approval to the proposed sale of two plots of land in the sum of five pounds (£5 each), each area being of 20 square metres, the land abutts Groudle Glen.
A plan of the land may be inspected at the Office of the District Surveyor, Onchan District Commissioners, Main Road, Onchan, during office hours.
This application is made under the provisions of Section 25 of the Local Government Act 1985 and will be considered by the Department of Infrastructure. Anyone wishing to express views on the application should do so in writing to Petitions’ Officer, Local Government Unit, Management Services Division, Department of Infrastructure, Sea Terminal Building, Douglas, IM1 2RF, no later than noon on Monday 3rd June 2019.
