You will be a confident leader who can demonstrate a successful track record of senior management and change management experience and you will have empathy and understanding of the complex and diverse context in which we operate, with the communication skills to inspire staff.

An understanding of the dynamics of working in a political environment where you can offer consistent and well-informed professional advice is essential.
