Finance Manager Vacancy
An opportunity has arisen within the senior management structure of this progressive local authority for a suitably qualified person to take on this challenging role. The successful applicant will be responsible to the Chief Executive and Board of Commissioners for the financial management of the Authority's funds, and will be the Responsible Financial Officer as defined under the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2013.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within the local government structure of the Isle of Man and to build on an existing knowledge of local government finances. The Authority is committed to long term development in all areas of public service, and a person able to provide prudent financial management and advice while seeing the bigger picture will be critical to the continued provision of cost effective services.
