Onchan District Commissioners are to install 25 new extra capacity street bins to the district as part of our war on litter.
The new bins have a combined capacity of around 4500 litres per week and can hold just under half a tonne of rubbish.
The new bins will be installed in areas already reported as problem areas from the residents of Onchan. Please contact surveyors@onchan.org.im if you feel an area of Onchan would benefit from a new street bin.
The bins will be emptied at least once a week. To report an overflowing bin go to the Report a problem on our website.
