Notice to Contractors - Onchan District Commissioners invite Expressions of Interest from competent contractors who are interested in being included on a select list of Tenderers.
Expressions of interest are requested from contractors in relation to the following category:-
General Cleaning of Commissioners’ Premises
Further information in respect of the above may be obtained from the District Surveyor, Surveyor’s Department, Onchan District Commissioners, 79 Main Road, Onchan on (01624) 624967.
Expressions of Interest must be in writing or via email marked Private & Confidential, including details of the company and contact details to Mr R. Forgie, Property Maintenance Manager, to arrive no later than 12 noon on Friday 10th September 2021.
Applicants are advised that failure to keep up to date with National Insurance Contributions and Holiday with Pay Schemes, or them having outstanding debts owing to Government Boards or Departments could result in them being disqualified from tendering.
