It is with great sadness that the Commissioners have learned of the death on 5th July 2019 of their former Commissioner Mrs Joan Patricia (Pat) Griffin.
Mrs Griffin joined the Board of Commissioners in April 1996, and became only the third lady to have served on the Board and the first spouse of a previous Member to be elected.
The Commissioners and staff extend their deepest condolences to Mrs Griffin's family and friends.
Mrs Griffin's funeral will take place at St Peter's Church on 17th July 2019 at 2pm. The Commissioners' flag will be flown at half mast as a mark of respect today, and on the day of Mrs Griffin's Funeral.
