REMINDER - SUBMISSION OF NOMINATION PAPERS BY
5.00 p.m. on 24th September 2020
LOCAL GOVERNMENT DISTRICT OF ONCHAN - BY-ELECTION (CASUAL VACANCY)
Notice is hereby given that a by-election of ONE member of the ONCHAN DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS for the period to 1st May 2021 will be held on THURSDAY 22nd October 2020.
Forms of nomination may be obtained from the Chief Executive/Clerk, at the Commissioners’ Offices, Hawthorn Villa, Main Road, Onchan during normal office hours during the period up to and including THURSDAY 24th September 2020. The form of nomination paper includes instructions as to its completion and signing.
A nomination paper duly completed must be delivered to the Chief Executive/Clerk of the Authority before 5:00 pm on 17th September 2020 at the Commissioners’ Offices, Hawthorn Villa, Main Road, Onchan.
In the event of a contested election polling will take place on the 22nd day of October 2020.
