The Authority is pleased to share that planned refurbishment works are due to commence on Barrule Drive and Ballachrink Drive.
The works will be undertaken by NK Construction Limited.
This significant undertaking for Onchan District Commissioners is set to bring a host of fantastic improvements to homes across the estate, inlcuding:
• New roofs.
• Energy efficient uPVC windows and doors.
• External rendering and decoration.
• New garden fences and gates.
