The Chairman and Commissioners of Onchan District Commissioners were saddened to hear of the passing of former Chairman of Onchan District Commissioners, Mr Ellis Douglas Rudge Killey. Mr Killey was involved in the Onchan Community for many years and will be missed by many.
On behalf of the Chairman, Members and staff of the Commissioners we wish to offer sincere condolences and sympathy to Ellis' family and friends.
The Board will recognise Ellis' contribution to the community of Onchan at their next meeting on 12th June 2017, by holding a one minutes silence as a mark of respect.
The Funeral will take place at St Peter's Church, Onchan, on 31st May 2017 at 2.00 p.m.
