The Authority’s appointed contractor, Cedar Developments Limited, has now commenced external refurbishment works at Elm Tree House.
Scope of Works Includes:
• Safe removal of asbestos
• Repairs to concrete window cills and canopy
• Rendering over sections of the existing brick façade
• Replacement of the flat roof
• Repairs and replacement of aluminium windows and doors

To facilitate the works, a temporary prohibition of parking will be in place. Please refer to the images in this post for details.
