Regular sessions take place at the Onchan Youth and Community Centre.
There is a flat green and crown green located within Onchan Pleasure Park, Onchan.
Welcoming all mums wanting to get back in to shape. Buggycise is a class based outside and generally involves exercising whilst your baby is in their buggy. Not only does this mean no babysitting it also means that your baby will benefit from that all important bit of fresh air. For further information see: Buggycise
Dance - Modern Line
Modern line dance clubs teach to music from all genres to all styles of music, including soul, rock or pop, latin music, Irish, salsa, and big band music as well as country and western.
It's easy for beginners to learn and offers more energetic and complex routines for the more experienced. From the first lesson beginners will be able to enjoy dancing to a whole range of line dance routines. For further information see: line dance.
Fly fishing with a current licence is permissable at the Clypse and Kerrowdhoo Reservoirs. Brown and rainbow trout of two pounds and more are reasonably common, while much bigger fish can be caught by a skilled angler.
Football Pitch - Nivison Stadium
Onchan AFC use this football pitch as their home ground.

The Onchan Youth and Community Centre hosts a sports hall which is marked out for football, netball and basketball.
Many activities are held in the Community Centre on a regular basis including Archery, Kick-Boxing, Aerobics, Dance Classes and many more.

Tennis Courts are situated in Onchan Pleasure Park and the nets are kept up all year round.

Located in the recreational area off School Road, the Wembley Arena is an outdoor tarmacadam play area set within safety fencing and is marked out for football, netball and basketball.
